Dr. Shim often helps people do the “impossible,” showing them how to solve seemingly unsolvable problems. We find out where you are, where you want to go, then design a customized flight plan and schedule to get you there.

Support

This is the toughest part. You have to authorize some level of flight following and be willing to make course corrections–despite the momentum you already have and tendencies to stray off course. Frankly, we’d like permission to “flog” you to the finish line!

We try not to break anything along the way to getting YOU to where you want to go! Identify where you are. Determine where you want to go, why, when and how. Relentlessly inquire as to why there is a variance between stated goal and actual performance and help close that gap. This can be a painful process.
